“Very good and efficient service overall. Fixed price servicing is always useful although the disguised fact that you will need to pay an additional £24.95 for synthetic oil during the oil change!!! Most cars now have synthetic oil so this price should be included as part as the fixed service price instead of trying to sell it as what appears to be considerably cheaper service and then charging the customer afterwards!”
