“While cleaning the engine compatment is not part of service, and considering that a lot of work is being done under the bonnet, leaving the engine with all its dirt marks gives the impression that there was no work done on the car. Some of the dirt marks would smudge anyway as the workmen work on the car, say to change plugs. There is no sign of that.”

“Took my car to the fishponds branch first thing on the 29th dec to have the thermostat replaced but by 3 they still hadn't made a start on it. I needed it for work in the evening so had to fetch it back and take it in the next morning. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after having my timing belt done by them when they had to wait until they got a tool back which they lent to another branch. When they finally completed it, an error code came up a little while later meaning I had to take it back for them to sort out. They must have had it for at least 3 days in total.Little bit disappointed.”

“Very helpful and explained what was wrong with car and what was needed to fix it. They took car in immediately and was fixed by next day.
They explained warranty and offered to inspect car for free for next 2 years.
Would recommend this company”

“Took Toyota Aygo to Kingston branch at 8.30 am as requested.Spent day with friends waiting for call to pick car up.Had call at 4pm to say car not ready due to issues with another customers car.Friends had to take us home and we had to return next day late afternoon to pick car up.They were very apogetic and the car is running perfectly.Good result.”
