“We can't recommend Karl enough. He was very clear and concise about the process and talked us through a variety of different lenders. Also he was able to provide recommendations on surveyors and solicitors which was fantastic. We will definitely be back in contact with Karl when the time comes.”

“I highly recommend Joanne Kay Why..? Because I didn't know anything how to do to be able to buy my dream house and Joanne Kay helped me tremendously and explained everything I need to do 😍.I'm from Romania and English is not brilliant but she understands me what I want and I communicated with the translator by e-mail and that's how I took my dream house. “Sue was amazing. When we first starting looking for a mortgage it felt very daunting and overwhelming, Sue automatically put us at ease and made us feel comfortable about the whole process. She was positive but very realistic when acknowledging our budget. After weeks of rounding up all relevant paperwork Sue managed to get us an excellent offer and rate! We were in the process of purchasing our new build property and unfortunately with that brings delays. This was a very stressful situation to be in and Sue was always there to answer any questions even when it didn’t have to do with the mortgage. She was very supportive and encouraging through out this process and I can honestly say we couldn’t have bought our dream home without her!! We are so thankful for Sue and recommend her 100%!”
