“Simon found us the right deal for our circumstances after consulting in detail over the phone to ascertain just what our requirements were, gave excellent advice in a clear and friendly manner, handled the application on our behalf from start to finish and dealt as patiently as possible with the lender despite their increasingly farcical inefficiency which led to quite a long application process.”
