“Joanne was friendly, professional and patient with me as a first time buyer. She explained things really well, and always followed up with an easy to read email outlining what we’d discussed. Her flexibility on working hours worked perfectly for me as a new mum, and I trusted her completely. Buying a house/getting a mortgage is such a mammoth life milestone and she made the challenge bite size and enjoyable.”
