“Quite a long overdue review, but i have been using mooncup at every cycle i had since March 2017. A complete game changer with my heavy period. Easy to clean, insert and empty and it lasts for such a long time. I never expected to have it for more than 5 years and still be in great condition. “It's a wonderful product. However, using it has been a steep learning curve. Inserting; no problem. Removing it; turned the bathroom into a crime scene after it'd been stuck for two days. But once you get the hang of it it's absolutely marvellous. Less waste, my body's happier and I don't have to think about it for hours (I sometimes forget I am on my period, which wasn't really a thing before the moon cup..)”

“Mooncup was the first menstrual cup I ever used. Mine lasted for ten years before I dropped it down the toilet (after a toilet incident where...lets just say there was no reusing the reusable cup after that) and after subsequent years of using alternative menstrual cups by a variety of companies and feeling dissatisfied, I returned to the original and (in my experience) best cup out there. When I decided to buy another cup, I was a bit nervous about getting the right size - I contacted customer service and Sophia, who answered my emails, was really helpful and informative. Stellar company with proper ethics. Will recommend Mooncups to anyone who will listen.”

“I started to use the Mooncup when my sister got back from her studies in Leeds in 2008. I always had problems with tampons and nappies. I had inflammations so my periods were a nightmare. Then she told me she found out about the Mooncup during her stay in UK and I ordered my first Mooncup on her advise because she was really happy with hers. “The best period product for active days! I've tested the mooncup on winter hiking days, long summer hikes, wild camping, and rock climbing. Hasn't let me down!! “I initially bought this product a year ago and tried to insert it whilst not being on my period (as a test) I found it extremely hard to put in and take out. However a few months ago I started using a tampon for the first time and got use to that. I then felt brave and tried the moon cup whilst on my period on a holiday in Mauritius so that I could go into the pool etc. It was the best thing ever!!!!! This is just day 2 that I am wearing the moon cup and honestly, no leaks and not much mess at all. It wasnt as bad as I thought 🙌 very happy with the mooncup now.”

“I switched to Mooncup about 7 years ago and it's no exaggeration to say it changed my life! I have quite a heavy flow and used to use tampons and pads together, and change both many times a day. Mooncup will have saved me hundreds of pounds, saved the environment, and now I get no skin irritation as I did from pads. I wish I had been given one and told how to use it as a teenager. I think all 13 year old girls should get a free Mooncup from the government!”
