“I ordered a radiator from Monsterplumb and the price was great, unfortunately a problem occurred with the courier and Monsterplumb could not do enough for me to rectify the matter. Chad was on the ball from the off and resolved the issue as soon as possible going above and beyond to get things sorted out, he even gave me a 10% discount by way of an apology. Things go wrong in life, it’s what you do about it that counts and Chad and Monsterplumb were first class. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”
