“This was the only place i could buy the item, locally or online. My goods were delivered next day, making the service excellent. The reason for me marking my reviewdown is that, in my mind the postage was too expensive. I ended up buying other things to justify the postage. For that reason I cannot see me using Monsterplumb again unless what I buy comes with free delivery.”

“Monsterplumb had the “HotFlow” prv discharge tundish i required, the cost was on par with my local suppliers who where out of stock, so was very pleased. However i’m assuming it was down to DPD, but following a message saying i could collect from 12:00 Tuesday, the parcel had not been delivered to my designated collection point (by 21:00) and i had to reschedule completion of my job until the following day. I do not believe this delay was at all due to Monster plumb, and will be very happy to use them again.”
