Good Afternoon Nikolay, Many apologies for this. The item in question missing from your order should have been noted on the paperwork that it was out of stock, to make you aware of the delay. I can see it is still on backorder on our system, but will refund immediately. As a result of this order, we have now removed the 10mm bending spring from the website, due to sourcing issues, as we agree the delay has been far too long.
