“Really helpful - worked hard to get the delivery date I needed.”

“Ordered some Honeywell thermostatic radiator vales. Monster Plumb were the cheapest around. Chad was very helpful on the phone and arranged for me to collect the delivery from my local Plumb Centre (who coincidentally were selling the valves for nearly £100 more!) the following day. He emailed me the details and instructions on where to pick them up including the reference number and had called the depot to tell them I was collecting them in person. Brilliant service at the best price - what more can you ask for? My only negative was not having discovered Monster Plumb earlier!!”

“I was looking for a Honeywell 22mm zone valve, these were the cheapest by far but I was a little reluctant as no reviews on Internet about the company when I bought. The order was delivered next day, and then found out through communications with them that these are a new company who haven't been operating long, so that explains the lack of reviews. I will be using again.”

“Excellent company to deal with! Very knowledgeable! I was trying to find a new shower and all of the correct parts to hook it up but didn't have a clue what parts i needed. One call to Monster Plumb and within 10 minutes they sorted everything out for me and for a great price too. Couldn't ask for better people to deal with.
