“The advisor was pleasant and professional but it wasn't clear just how much interest we would end up paying by the end of the full term. She recited a lot of information which wasn't easy to digest over the phone. Once we received the emailed information and carefully went through it all, we decided that the option offered was not acceptable to us and have chosen to look at other alternatives.”

“I was feeling stressed, anxious with a very low mood, I got to speak with Ric and Kyle, both were kind and understanding and made me feel at ease, It's a terrible feeling of losing control of your finances, but even though being in that situation I can see small glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel.
