“The first person I spoke to Cat was absolutely fantastic.She was very caring , honest and professional..She made a very difficult phone call a pleasure..I didn’t feel pressured and she explained every last detail…If all your employees are like this I’m glad I’m with you guys…This is a very difficult time and I didn’t feel I was being judged…Thank you especially Cat”

“Fantastic service. Joshua in particular was amazing. My disability often makes me feel particularly vulnerable and stupid, with the additional anxiety of this of my shoulder I was very worried about calling. Joshua not only dealt with me in a friendly, supportive and non-patronising manner, he made me feel 100% better by the end. I only wish I had called earlier. Huge thanks to him!”
