“Today I entered into an IVA !!! The whole situation has made my anxiety/stress unbearable but using the money advice team has been great ! The representatives were exceptional ! (Shoutout to Ged Grimshaw) who was friendly,polite and made the whole process of uploading/downloading documents so effortless ! Constant reassurance and relatable and without him my head would still be buried in the sand and drowning in debt !!
