If you are paying your creditors on time even the minimum payment but your not left with hardly any money at the end of the week/month and are financially finding things difficult get in touch and get the help to find a solution that can suit your needs an IVA for me has helped me substantially and has lifted a big weight off my shoulders it’s a bit daunting at first but the team are by your side to make sure everything runs smoothly and to make it an easy as possible throughout the whole process of putting a solution in place for each individual needs and you’ll be debt free in 5-6 years highly recommended.

Quick supportive advice. Done in best format for me via message service so easier to fit around work and didn’t feel shame of being on call. Adjusted to meet my needs and finally feel like plan in place and light at end of tunnel! Best decision I made this morning to do this and get out of never ending circle of debt and short term loans which never help!

Matt & Curt are fantastic at their job, since being in the IVA for a year now they’ve reassured me at times, made me feel at ease and been so helpful and understanding. Acquired two defaults as a result of Money plus. I feel the cost of taking on a DMP should of been highlighted better. One of their advisors told me not to worry I will still be able to take out finance and loans with a debt management plan. I am now having to wait 6 years to imorove my credit score and even with a well paid salary job I could barely rent a Boris bike never mind get finance.. unbelievably frustrating and stressful

Default notices are usually issued after three missed or reduced payments, which is why there is a chance you may receive one or more when entering a DMP. We understand that receiving such notices can be concerning, but it’s a common part of the process. If you’re worried about a letter you’ve received, you can upload a copy to your customer portal, and we’ll help you in addressing it. We always inform our customers that if defaults are not already on their credit file, they may be added during the course of a DMP. We understand that this can be frustrating, and we aim to clarify this during the initial assessment. When setting up a DMP, we emphasise that while it may not completely prevent obtaining new lines of credit, we strongly advise against taking on additional credit as the goal is to help you achieve financial stability and become debt-free. After reviewing your file, we can confirm that our advisors discussed the possibility of defaults during our initial communication in 2023 and again in your welcome call. We apologise if this information did not meet your expectations.
