Hi and thank you so much for the comments - we are checking everything here - as this is the first report we have had of such issues - so want to make sure this is at worst an isolated event. Technology is a wonderful thing - but with so many moving parts between you and us its fair to say that on rare occasions things do not work quite as intended! If you were to proceed to purchase though, by inputting your information, this can then be transferred to your chosen insurer, saving you having to re input when purchasing.
