Hopeless! Tried MANY attempts to connect to Qoutes sent by you- got nowhere. Went back to my hire car rental supplier.

We are scratching our heads a little bit hear , due to the fact that all seems to be working correctly and when our IT reviewed the links that you used our site, we did seem to be able to click through to the insurers in question. Sometimes, using a different browser or gadget does do the trick, but again, we would love to identify the actual problem that you encountered, so we can resolve this for you. If an email address is used on our site and a box is ticked for this email address to send a quote or communication, then it will be sent. It actually brought up some great offers, however none of the links were working and the full site (not accessed through moneymax) gave a totally different price. As a result I had to trawl through individual companies myself. So lots of potential, but it didn’t work!

Hi Mark, Having looked into this further internally, we still have not been able to replicate the problem that you incurred and have not received and any other feedback from any other customers in relation to this. I'm going to email you personally to see if you would be good enough to provide us a few minutes of your time over the telephone, where we can both re run your quote, from your end and ours, and we can then carry out the process together and to see if we identify / replicate the problem that you encountered. You cancelled my transaction 2 days ago but after phoning today , I found out it hadn’t been cancelled so had to cancel again. Not a good service
