“!st time of using excess car hire insurance. Ther buying process worked well, fingers crossed I wont need to use the cover but good to have just in case”

“We called and spoke to Sally she was so helpful. The hire agreement we have through Trailfinders is so confusing and no one there could help us. Panic was setting in, Sally talked us through our concerns and we are very happy with the cover we have now.”

“Thecar hire excess insurance comparison tool is excellent. The car hire offer is worthless. Even with the discount, prices are far higher than other brokers.”

Thank you for your review and comments. We are delighted that we delivered for you regarding the excess cover. Just to say our monitoring and evidence indicates that our car hire offer are normally competitive and therefore the offer delivers a great result - however..... we are discerning about the companies we work with from a customer service service standard point of view as we want to ensure that our users are happy with the outcome. We also operate a policy where, if we see complaints arriving about a location we remove them from our service. This does mean in some locations we may not offer the cheapest companies in the market - but this in the interest of our users!

“I used moneymaxim to purchase care hire insurance for 9 days at the end of October. Their price was the best and was very easy to book on their website. Very straightforward and my documents were emailed very quickly to me. Not had to claim so far and hopefully will not but a positive start so far.”

“Excellent, clear and concise information provided that de-mystifies the taking out of excess insurances when renting a car abroad. I have two trips coming up and saved approximately 60% by taking out an annual premium instead of a per trip policy - and these savings willl increase on any subsequent trips taken within the cover period. Woukd thoroughly recomend MoneyMaximer.”
