“Wonderful customer service! Ordered a gift and the store tried to call me twice but I couldn’t answer because it I live in the US (and I would get charged for an international call). I reached out via the online chat on the website and the person was able to contact the store and relay their message to me as well as help me with a replacement in the order. I was really impressed with the customer service on both ends!! :)”

“I sent a bottle as a gift. The gift note I wrote on your website wasn't included with the delivery. The gift bag was packed alongside the bottle, rather than the bottle being in the gift bag. Sheer chance the recipient knew who it was from - Poor service in terms of sending a gift. Not happy, frankly.”
