Hello Mairead, We took a look into your order and can see it did ship on the 14th. You would have received a tracking email when your item shipped. We have forwarded this email on to you again. You can see your tracking is showing the item delivered on the 15th. We have reached out to the courier company for signature verification. In the meantime we would suggest checking with a neighbor.
