Dear Jemu, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have checked on the status of your order and can see that this was placed on the 3rd May. It was dispatched the following day and delivery was attempted on Friday 5th May @ 14:42 and a card left as there was no reply. I'm pleased to confirm that your order has been loaded onto a van this morning and delivery will be attempted again today (Tuesday 9th May). “I am happy with the tables, although I would have preferred white, but only grey was shown on the website. I was subsequently told that white was available, but only after I had ordered the grey. I was charged and paid and received an invoice confirming this, only to be told that they had forgotten to add on VAT. I paid the extra and was positively confirmed delivery on Friday. When the delivery didn't happen, I enquired, only to be told they had been delivered to the wrong depot and would come Tuesday. When they came, the lorry couldn't get to our house and needed to leave them some 150 meters away. the cost of delivery has been refunded but I would rather have had the right bill and the correct delivery date.”

“Excellent quality court chairs at reasonable prices. , The sales staff were very helpful and informative. Would definitely purchase from Mogo again. Only negative was the delivery. The 60 chairs were just dumped on 2 pallets at the end of the lane outside in the pouring rain with no help to carry them into the building about 20 metres away, then just left. It's lucky we managed to pull together some volunteer quickly or the chairs would have all been soaked.”

“Such a great company to work with. Their customer service was amazing . Very quick delivery and after I explained there was no one on site all day to receive the order ( it was coming to a church) , they arranged the courier would give me an hours notice of arrival. It worked perfectly. I couldn’t recommend them enough”

“Received goods in a timely manner and excellent condition however, very disappointed to pay £17.50 delivery charge when the item was posted via Royal Mail at a cost of £5.50. No need to charge so much for delivery if you are not actually paying that much.”

“Very happy with this company. found a chair I needed because am 6th tall. They kept in contact with me and put the chair together for me. Also best price I found on the internet. Delivered on time and phoned received call to say they were on the way helped me with the large parcel in the flat.”
