“I experienced excellent service from Modern Living when ordering a recirculation kit for a cooker hood. I inadvertently ordered the wrong kit, but the company couldn't have been more helpful in sending out a replacement and accepting the return of the wrong item. I sent back the wrong one at 5pm on Tuesday, and the replacement arrived on Thursday, having been told it would be dispatched once the original had been returned. new kit fitted perfectly.”

“Very helpful company. it was great to actually speak to very helpful person before placing the order in my search for a double drainer sink. then when sorting out a small ordering on line problem, speaking to the same person again 2 weeks later, who resolved the problem. Sink ordered on the Wednesday and it was delivered the next day !!!”

“Absolutely stellar. I needed a recirculating air kit for my kitchen extractor, google found that modern living had the best price, bought it online and got it delivered for free next working day. It turned out I had ordered the wrong kit and they were really helpful with this, I posted it back and they sent me the right kit free of charge, again with next day delivery! Very impressed”
