“Excellent service integrated microwave delivered in 24 hours fitted in one hour result one very happy wife. Compare this with Curry who have had my 10 month old laptop for 17days for repair having promised 7 - 10 days. Cannot speak direct with local store must ring national number who then contact local store . The lesson is deal with a company such as Modern Living who you can speak with direct and do not chance going for a Curry you will get the Crapps in service.”

“Following a very bad customer service experience from Neff in regard to my December 2016 order of a griddle which went on for three months I decided to contact Modern Living. I spoke to Craig and told him my full story and inquired about the same product but made by Bosch which was available on his website. Craig advised that firstly he would check with Neff spares because his understanding was that two of the same item would be delivered to him in a couple of days. He therefore advised that if I placed an order for a Bosch one he would upgrade it to Neff and sent it to me. When I missed the home delivery, additionally he chase the parcel company to ensure that I received the item at work. I cannot thank you enough Craig, you made my day ( 04/04/17) not only the item was promptly delivered to my work place but it was the Neff Griddle. The customer service and the after sale customer care I received from you have been exceptional. Thank you very much. Gina Feeney x”

“Firstly, Price was the best online beating major competitors by nearly 20%. Communications via email and telephone was quick, friendly and informative and dealt with all enquiries efficiently. Delivery was as planned and 3rd party driver was very considerate and helpful especially due to difficulty delivery location. Dishwasher is running perfectly, not one complain!”

“What can i say, from meeting the sales person, to the end product, totally professional in everything that was done , I had two bathrooms fitted,one after the other,the fitting team were brill ,every day they cleaned up, any problems were quickly sorted out,there were not the cheapest but if you want the best ,go with this company outstanding and professional”

“From start to finish I have been kept informed about my order and delivery was on the date agreed. The Bosch oven looks very stylish though it won't be installed for another week or so. I would certainly use Modern Living again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”
