“I had a few questions so decided to phone to confirm that the chosen radiator would be suitable. The person who answered, I'm sorry I have forgotten his name, listened and understood my concerns and answered them. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Having decided to buy the radiator he was then very helpful arranging delivery. The radiator came on the day during the agreed timeslot and the connectors arrived earlier than expected but after emails to confirm that this would be ok. Thanks all round super service.”

“Quality product. Kitchen faucet with a 10-year warranty and flexible pipes with a WRAS certificate. Corresponds to the stated price. I would like to separately note that there were problems with connecting flexible pipes. I asked for help. The employees responded very promptly and quickly and helped solve this problem - thank you for your efficiency.”

“Needing to get a replacement gas oven at short notice I ordered a Viandpro cooker from Modern Living over the phone, but unfortunately my car broke down on my way to Bradford to collect. I then phoned ML to report this and they were good enough to arrange delivery by courier a few days later at no extra cost. Thank you for your speedy service.”
