“Called with a query on stock availability. Was called back with the answer as promised (unlike other suppliers) received the goods undamaged within 3 days. (Again unlike other suppliers) All good.”

“Ordered a Frankie 1.5 bowl sink and a tower tap on 26.11.22 - On 27.11 we saw a Frankie tap we preferred so emailed over the weekend to advise the change - no problem - upgraded without any fuss - revision confirmed 28.11 at the phone and delivery dates agreed. 1.12.2022 both items received in perfect condition - sink a pallet-line delivery to avoid damage. Both items lovely quality - really satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this company. They made it so easy ......... Now the hard part - searching for a tradesman to come to fit ........ and turn up as agreed? ....... not so easy - eh?”

“Excellent company ! Expedited our delivery so fast we couldn't believe it !!!! We live in Scotland and most purchases from England take a long time to arrive !!!! This was the best ever !!!
