“I ordered pair of dual fasten trainers. However they were much to small. My payment also said it hadn't went through therefore I ordered again so ended up with a duplicate pair and charged twice. I returned both and awaiting refunds for both pairs.”

“Customer service is slow to respond. I bought a pair of shoes, size 7, when they arrived one shoe was 7 the other a size 6, contacting Moda in Pelle was hard work, no one answers the telephones, leaving email the only choice, they didn't reply on the 3 days it stated and only after a 2nd email did I get a response. Very poor service.”

“Moda in Pelle is always ny first port of call for shoes and boots as I know a size 4 with them is a perfect fit. I sometimes call into their Manchester branch or buy online. The shop staff are so good with customers and will offer truthful advice. I love going into the shop as it has a lovely vibe and atmosphere. Goods bought online are delivered speedily.”
