“Delivery seemed a little long. I ordered my usual size, 6/39, but unfortunately they were too tight even for my slim feet. Returned to Manchester store, very efficient staff member and process. Again refund was a little slow.”

“Not my first time ordering from Moda in Pelle but that just means that I'm already a satisfied customer!! I returned to order two pairs of sandals - only one really but I couldn't choose between the two pairs so it ended up being two pairs I ordered... Happy with both pairs!! Comfort is key and style is no less important!! Customer Service from Moda in Pelle is absolutely exceptional and this is definitely an important factor when choosing where to shop!!!”

“I bought sandals to wear on holiday. One did rub and created a blister first day of wearing but I plastered up and then wore them everyday afterwards. Extremely comfortable and now they are like slippers. Very soft leather and very stylish.”

“Lovely sandles, so comfortable. Everything I buy is always of the best quality. I have marked this purchase as 3 stars due to the returns service. It is very poor with no facility to generate a return on line, and when you do return items, there are no tracking updates available. Moda in Pelle seem to make it as awkward as possible to return items. Which to me is wrong and to be honest, puts me off from purchasing in the future. I returned 3 other pairs of sandals on this occasion and was really concerned that they had not arrived back at the MIP depot. This meant I could have lost a few hundred pounds. Please review your returns service Moda in Pelle!”
