“I purchased gold sandals & paid with klarna returned item on the 07/07/2025 still have not received refund 28/07/2025 the reason I returned the sandals they were in the sale 2 days after I had bought for full price would think twice about making any future purchases for this reason Disappointed with the service so far on the other hand the sandals were very nice and well made Look forward to my refund”

“First time I happened on this site I was in love 😻. I have bought so many pairs of shoes from you guys and still not satisfied as I don’t have any for myself! How you ask? Well, it’s embarrassing 🙈 but I’ll explain. You see, I’m a very very wide width and your wide widths don’t even come close to fitting me! I really really wish that you’d start catering for people like me!”

“The shoes I received were awful and has a strong smell of plastic. Took them to My local store to return and am still waiting for a refund over two weeks later, but hey I get a link to send a review and win £200, would prefer my refund”
