“I am disappointed by the amount of time it takes for you to reply to queries either on the website or by email to do with faulty items or stock enquiries.I have always bought from you as I thought you were a fair priced company offering good value quality items.”

“I am usually very wary about buying online very often, and am usually very tight on budget, but I had been thinking about a particular pair of trainers for months as they were on sale. Bought at 70% off and very glad I did - the fit is true to size and the buying process was very easy.”

“I wasn't sure what to expect, but I had to buy these limited edition Filician trainers. As an avid Moda fan, I certainly wasn't disappointed. The box is beautiful, the limited edition card, as are the trainers with their special gold treatment. The whole experience surpassed my expectations. A real must for any Moda in Pelle fan!”

“Unfortunately when my shoes arrived they were wrong size I ordered or thought I ordered size 7 but size 3 delivered. So had to make a journey to return. So not able to comment on shoes. But lady in Northallerton would sorted the return was really nice”

“Really love these gold trainers, will be perfect for an upcoming winter cruise, can be worn day or evening which cuts down on the packing, a good fit ( just a little on the big size but a smaller size isn't available) very comfortable.Bought two pairs of trainers,also got Abbie in black, as they were in the sale,Very happy with my purchases”

“I had to return the boots I ordered as they were so big they fell down my legs and looked ridiculous There wasn’t a photo of a model wearing them so I was unaware when ordering how they would look I’ve previously bought many pairs of shoes and boots from Moda shops and have loved them but I will not buy online again when it costs me to return them Also the boots I returned 2 weeks ago have still not been delivered back to Moda so no refund as yet, not Moda’s fault but it has confirmed I will not order online again Not a great experience”

“Gorgeous shoes, but my previous pair didn't last more than a year before there was a hole in the sole and the rubber on the side separated from the rest of the shoe. Hopefully this pair (in the sale) will fare better!”
