“Ordered four pairs of shoes to find the right pair to go with a wedding outfit. One pair were perfect so that made me happy Sent the other three paris back and my refund took a while but once I emailed customer services it was dealt with the next morning. Overall a very positive experience and the shoes are so lovely and comfortable that I know I'll wear them again in the future”

“I can't say enough good things about Moda in Pelle. In a very short time, I've become a huge fan, having purchased four pairs of their gorgeous shoes—from sandals to trainers. Every single pair is a winner. The quality, comfort, and attention to detail are incredible, and they feel much more expensive than they are. The shopping experience is also top-notch; my orders have all been dispatched and delivered quickly and packaged with care. The customer service team is excellent, too. When I had to return an item, the process was seamless, and the refund was processed efficiently. Highly recommend!”
