“Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the shoes I received. Although I ordered a size UK7, they are too small, very tight, stiff, and uncomfortable to wear. Additionally, I paid an extra fee for next-day delivery, but the parcel arrived after 6 days. I also contacted Evri regarding the delay, but it was very difficult to get any clear information from them. Overall, this experience has discouraged me from ordering from your store again, which I regret.”

“Poor quality sandals received from their online service, the top stap over the foot was so wide that your foot just slipped forward. I had to pay to return the sandals and still a month later waiting for the refund.”

“These are only the 2nd pair of Moda in Pelle shoes I have ever bought but I can tell you they won’t be the last. When I receive the sandals I loved them but was not sure jow comfortable they will be because of the “glittery too”. How wrong I was! They are gorgeous and very very comfortable. They were perfect for taking on holidays as they matched everything colourwise. I got lots of lovely comments the 1st time I wore them from people I didn’t know at the airport and ever since. Could walk in them and felt great in them!! Bravo Moda in Pelle!!”
