“Been a customer of Moda In Pelle for more years than I care to remember so didn't have to think twice when I needed a new pair of smart black boots for work (I'm the boss so they need to look good as well as be comfortable and durable), well these were so good that I ordered the same in the brown/tan as well. Even my partner commented on them and that is quite a recommendation in itself !!”

“Dreadful refund communication. Sent 2 items back 20th October and still not heard any confirmation of return to warehouse despite Evri tracking confirmation of collection and on it's way. As today still waiting for confirmation.”

“I have now bought several items of footwear from Moda in Pelle Pelle and I can honestly say you get comfort and quality every time. I proudly show off my purchases to my 3 daughters who have then bought boots for themselves and been so pleased too. I would recommend Moda in Pelle to anyone.”

“Very wide fit around the calf and the boot reaches the top of my knee /I'm petite/. Unfortunately have to return them because they don't fit well on me and the photos didn't show how wide the fit is.”

“I have never been able to wear new shoes without stretching them first and needing to stuff the back of the shoe with a plaster so I didn't end up with a blister! Since finding Moda in Pella my life has transformed! Every single pair I have purchased feels like wearing slippers. They are a joy to wear and fabulous to look at. I own 11 pairs including boots! Keep up the good work and trendy designs.”

“The boots were to big and I had to send them back at my own exspense. The refund has taken a lng time and still have not got it yet even though these were sent back on the 18th October. Such a shame as I do love mode de pelle shoes and boots but it has put me off ordering any more from you.”

“Order reference 1903918 (WEB1903918) I placed this order on 22nd October and paid for next day delivery. I have emails from you confirming the order, and the money has left my bank account. The link I have been provided with to track the order confirms Evri is still waiting to receive the parcel from you. I have sent an email to your customer service team daily for at least 10 days, each of which have been completely ignored. Your chatbot is too busy to help me. To add insult to injury, I then received an email from you asking that I review the boots I ordered, and now this request to review your service! After filling in an online form, I finally received contact from someone called isabella yesterday to confirm the order has been lost. I replied to confirm I would like the order re-sent, but again I have received nothing further to confirm that has been actioned or when I should expect to receive the order. There has been no offer to refund even the next day delivery charge. I realise that stuff goes wrong, and that wouldn't ordinarily bother me too much, but your complete inability to resolve this has been astounding! Your option in the following boxes ask me to confirm who made the delivery. There is no option to select "nobody".”
