“My order number 1741120 has still not been refunded. This was apparently refunded on the 14th March. I have still not received it and have emailed customer service twice. Please look into this, thanks Victoria Paul”

“I've recently purchased 4 pairs of boots and shoes love the comfort and hope to purchase more but I had to return a pair to a branch although I purchased on line 15 days later I'm still waiting for a refund and have called the head office numerous times to no avail really have made me think twice about ordering on line again”

“Ordered after seeing the boots in a Store. A array of course to suit individual tastes. The whole process from selection to delivery was smooth. The pink boots are not only a great colour but also extremely comfortable. As someone with joint problems, I took a risk and can say walking in them is a pleasure.”
