“The shoes would rate a five but the laces spoil them. The laces are far too short and the material they are made from and impossible to keep tied.”

“Love the shoes, boots and sandals, they are usually a good fit, stylish and comfortable, important to me. On the one occasion I returned a pair of sandals because the fit was not comfortable, it was a simple cheap process to return them and my refund arrived a week later.”
