“Had to pay postage to return. I don’t mind paying what other companies charge ,around £2.95, which is deducted from the return, but over £5 feels expensive. No sticky return address label supplied. No acknowledgement of return until nearly 3 weeks after sending, which meant waiting for a long time for the refund. Won’t order again unless returns process is modernised/ streamlined.”

“I am a big fan of all the Moda in Pelle shoes and boots I have but decided to acquire a pair of trainers! I ordered 2 sizes in 2 styles to be delivered to a nearby store. Arrived quickly but unfortunately the 5 was too small and the 6 was too big... for both. Staff were very helpful and completed returns for all orders. My search continues .. but I have just bought lovely gladiator sandals from MiP!”

“Very nice and good quality shoes the only sizes I am concerned about. My size is 4.5 but Moda and Pelle not doing the half’s. In my case the size 4 is too small, the size 5 is too big.”
