The website was easy to use, the descriptions helpful and the two pairs that I bought were not only better than expected from a quality and aesthetic perspective, but also gratefully received by my partner. Both pairs looked fabulous! They also represented very good value. I did order them around the busy festive period, so delivery was quite slow and delayed, however customer services did keep me informed regualrly which at least eased the mild inconvenience. Overall a very good experience and I would happily buy heels again from Moda in Pelle.
