“Purchased 2 pairs of sandals and had to return both as too small when I had actually purchased the size bigger than I normally have as had to buy online as nearest store had closed down . Still waiting for refund 2 weeks after they were received back at the warehouse”

“I love Moda shoes. Have a couple of pairs of their trainer loafers. Very comfortable and look smart with dresses and trousers. And they are real leather , always a bonus. Will carry on browsing and buying.”

“I recently bought two pairs of Kalina sandals in the Moda in Pelle sale and I am absolutely delighted with them. The sandals are extremely stylish being in eye catching colours and have an elegant sized wedge heel. They are also extremely comfortable as they are made of beautifully soft leather. I have already been complimented on them several times. They are a joy to wear and in the sale were wonderful bargain for such good quality footwear. Ordering was easy and delivery quick - thank you Moda I'm Pelle!”

“I had a problem with trainers that were sent to me ,customer service was fantastic they sent a new pair out the same day I then posted faulty trainers back free of charge great . Thank you so much new pair are perfect”
