“I am a fairly frequent customer but this recent purchase I was sent two left shoes. I am still waiting for a replacement or refund four weeks later. Very bad customer service.”

“I love your shoes and i can tell they are quality shoes that are different from other brands. They always fit me well. Ive bought quite a lot in the past. However i recently purchased some black trainer type, but was surprised that these were a different make and didnt have 'Moda In Pelle' written inside them like the others. The fit and comfort wasnt as good. But when ordering it wasnt made clear. However i did keep them, as i know i could have returned them, as they were in the sale and a good price, even if i didnt wear them much.”

“Fantastic selection of shoes and trainers. Purchased a pair of wedge style of trainers. Absolutely loved them . Liked them so much bought the same pair in the sake. Fabulous shoe selection and even better to purchase in the sales, always 3 end up buying several 👌 👏”

“I purchased the perfect bag for my holidays. Ordering process was easy and excellent delivery time. Bag was advertised as tan in colour however when it came it was much lighter than expected. Nevertheless the colour was lovely and could be worn with any outfit”
