“Really comfortable wedges with heel height just right. Secure straps ; the front has a good amount of sparkle to make the sandals feel special.”

“Always a fab range to choose from, with so many styles and price points. Sales are amazing, with some real bargains. The quality is top notch too. I'd like to see a more automated returns process and consider free returns as part of the process, both to improve the user experience.”

“The shoes were real leather and nice quality for a very reasonable price, unfortunately I had to return them (too small) and did so in store which was a very easy experience.”

“Excellent quality shoes. although I think they come up small. I’m 95% usually a size 7. But had to go to an 8, slightly big , but 7 much too small 🤦‍♀️ Very slow refund for returns, which was quite a high cost as they recommended tracking. After 3 weeks I had to ring up, then was refunded immediately.”

“Very comfortable and fashionable white trainers. I don’t like trainers that are a block colour with no small features. Like the different fabrics used but still a simple style.”
