“Very good product, solid and beautiful oak veneer. Measurements were spot on. Delivery wasn’t 3-5 days, we had to chase it but overall happy with door”

“Good solid built. Unfortunately, the beading in in the panes have been nailed in very firmly that some of them broke just trying to remove them! That's one big room for improvement otherwise the door is good. They could have been packed separately for the customer to fix them themselves.”

“Great fast service, delivery was quick after order and very efficient. My doors came with slight damage during delivery which after a quick call I was offered replacements or some discount which was sufficient and dealt with swiftly. I would order from them again. Great customer service. Thanks”

“The door I bought was more expensive than the same door I had bought at another shop but the quality was 10 times better. excellent door. Delivery did seem to take along time, but it arrived well packed and in perfect condition.”

“Overall doors good no issues. The one thing I will say ,it would be better if the oak type door had a bigger amount of oak lath on sides to allow when fitting to existing frames that are really out of plumb when both sides are like that”

“Doors ordered were not like on web-site. Discussed with MODA and confirmed reason was because order was for smaller doors so glass-panels were smaller. Selected replacement doors, these were delivered and original ones taken back with difference paid back. Very helpful, but not the quickest to get thing arranged but got there eventually”

“Good service but disappointed with cost of delivery which was over half the price of the door, I feel it could have been cheaper, I would buy from them again if door wanted was in stock, otherwise would go elsewhere simply because of the cost of delivery.”

“Door is good but arrived damaged did repairs on it myself. Mailed Moda, Callum Returned mail offering a 10 percent refund. If I order more doors he said He will quote me a special price. Hopefully he will keep to his word.”

“I won’t lie...I was very concerned about ordering through Moda. It wasn’t until after I placed the order that I read the reviews and they were definitely a fifty-fifty mixture of good and bad. I can honestly say we didn’t have a problem. The communication was good by all (Moda, XL Joinery and Dee Haulage), delivery was fast, products arrived in excellent condition (I did keep the delivery driver waiting until I had thoroughly checked both glass doors). Overall, we had a good experience.”
