“Ordered a pitch pine door with 2 glass panels on Wednesday 8th March 2017, got a phone on Friday to arrange delivery, lovely woman, arrived today Monday 13th in the allocated time, great! the door is great although there are odd light purple stains down the front and back of the door so i hope they sand down. However, the door is otherwise perfect! Its exactly what I wanted and only wish I had gone to this firm first as I had previously bought pitch pine doors locally (Newcastle Upon Tyne) that cost double the price per door (i bought 4), I have 2 remaining doors that need replacing so I will definitely order 2 more! perfect! sorted!”

“Ordering was easy,on line site well presented. I cannot comment on my order as it hasn't arrived yet!The delivery company is a let down,suppose to be 3-5 working days my order will be 7 working days which is a let down for me. Delivery company phone you,if not in a message is left, when you try to phone them back it's an answering machine! Not good in my opinion.Then when complain about the length of time to wait for delivery they tell you it's Moda to blame.”

“The ordering process was great and each time I had to speak to someone everyone was very pleasant.unfortunatly one of the doors(the bi-fold one)we have ordered has taken a large amount of time for my joiner to fit and has come off the bracket that many time that it is now damage and can't be fixed..that said,the service was great.”
