“Excellent !! the doors arrived on date and the customer service is fantastic , i accidentally ordered one of my doors wrong size i phoned lady on phone was brilliant getting it sorted out for me . The doors look fantastic i highly recommend this company .”

“I was very happy with the door that I received. Not flimsy like a lot of doors nowadays, but very well constructed and the glass was already fitted which was a bonus. Thank you!”

“Beautifully designed 9 light stable door. As with most veneered hardwood doors, the veneer could do with being thicker and underneath the packaging there were a couple of knocks and dents which were lost on the trimming. Once finished though, it looks fab.”

“The door I wanted was out of stock at the time, but I was told it would be in by a certain date and that MODA would contact me when it arrived. Apart from the fact that I had to contact them, everything went smoothly, the door was delivered when promised and is a quality door, which I think is very good value for money.”

“Good value for money product. Ordered on Monday in hope of delivery by Friday. Order accepted but email received late in the day to say out of stock. Alternative product ordered the next morning. Telephoned MODA to request the previous delivery timescale. Contacted by telephone on Friday, informing of delivery on Tuesday. Requested morning delivery due to hospital appointment in the afternoon. Contacted the delivery company at 13.30 pm to be told delivery would arrive in 40 minutes. We were told to leave a note for the driver, where to leave the door if we were out. Arrived just as we were leaving, which was fortunate as the door is packaged in cardboard and it was raining.”

“On initial inspection the doors seem to be of good quality. As for delivery, all went well with exception of the delivery driver asking to use our toilet, and politely being given permission, only for him to leave his radioactive coloured urine all over our toilet seat and bathroom floor. Not Moda Doors fault, but maybe, having read other reviews of the delivery company, you may wish to keep this in mind.”

“Excellent quality and service however very disappointed when pair of doors arrived.. carpenter went to fit but they open on left hand side and we need a right side opening. Phoned moda doors and asked if we could change and told that they only supply left hand opening. Should have on website description.. now having to pay extra £80 to get the doors modified.”
