“Really pleased with these door handles. Good quality for a fair price, excellent delivery service. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands so these nicely rounded handles are ideal. AND they look very swish and modern.”

“Ordered a bifold door. Once fitted it was obviously clear it has a defective misaligned hinge and also you can see that the door has a previous repair. I paid good money for a brand new door which this was obviously not. Very unhappy and have emailed you”

“Thank you for your service , however one of the doors had a slight indent on one of the glazing bars probably caused by fork lift truck contact by XL joinery and impossible to detect until fully unpacked. I wrote on the invoice that it was received unchecked and did not want the hassle of returning it , I explained this to the customer and felt it was well packaged but cardboard v metal is not a contest . This is not a criticism of MODA doors however.”

“I ordered a few sets of door handles and was sent something completely different. I have called and emailed asking for the correct product to be sent but have not managed to get hold of anyone. Customer service seems to be non existent so will not be shopping here again.”

“Very pleased with whole process - from ordering to delivery. Very clear and easy. Given date and time of delivery and both were quick and accurate. The door is of good quality - exactly as seen in the advert and according to product description. Specification is very good. Thank you. I have already passed on details of the company to others. One who was impressed when they saw my door and another who needed reliability and high standards. You have excelled in all aspects!”

“We are very disappointed with service received. I ordered a handle that was £60 it is too big. My whole family and i got covid and did not contact (14 days) the office that i want return the handle. It is very disappointing to actually not being able to return or at least exchange for something more suitable There was no understanding and no empathy received from moda doors. Its shocking and sad. Their response was: ' We have policies in place for a reason and they need to be adhered to unfortunately. As such, we are unable to return or exchange this item.'”

“Doors are expensive and take two weeks to deliver. Having paid over £40for delivery, it costs over £50 to return the door if you don’t like the style once the door has been delivered.”
