“Recently ordered 9 Salerno doors from MODA Initial contact due to staff shortage was a bit difficult that however was soon sorted and our order was processed without delay Delivery was exactly as promised on time with a very helpful driver We would have no reservation in dealing with MODA in the future 5 stars from us”

“I ordered 3 Internal doors and then read reviews. Was a little worried after reading them but I didn't need to be. Delivery company kept me updated as did moda doors. Doors arrived on time and are beautiful . Very happy and would use again .”

“Very pleased with my purchase from Moda Doors and the delivery service received. The doors arrived promptly and are excellent quality, well packaged and I was kept informed along the way. It was simple to arrange a delivery date that worked for me and I got a delivery window notified to me on the day which was accurate. No complaints and would definitely use them again”

“i ordered the door before reading the reviews and they had me concerned but i don't know what the fuss was for they were excellent throughout and kept me informed about the order and delivery would order again if the need arises they were great no problems atall”

“1 star would give 0. Do not order from this supplier. They accepted my order. Sent me a notification that my order had shipped. Then 6 days later called me to say the item was not in stock and would not be available for another month. I requested an immediate cancellation and refund they promised this. I then had to email 4 times and call 3 times to re-request this refund. I finally got my money back 6 weeks later. DO NOT BUY FROM MODA DOORS.”

“Yes, came on time, little disappointed that it was a vaneered version on of my hardwood door I ordered, but then again, most are these days. Price reasonable.”

“Great product, the only problem that I had was that the delivery drivers broke a light fitting whilst carrying the doors in and did not advise that they had one this and made no effort to clear up the broken glass.”

“Door was pretty poor quality. Layers of flimsy board made putting hinges on challenging. I suspect even with a Few layers of paint itll last 1-2 years tops. £48 for delivery 7 working days (so 10 real days) later is a joke in 2023. No response to a customer serive email prior to delivery. All round, would not recommend at all.”
