“Ordered a door nearly a month ago, spoke to somebody re delivery was told it would be there a week later and now all calls and emails are ignored, I wish I’d not given them the benefit of the doubt .... if we don’t get our door or a refund after lockdown we will certainly be going to visit them!!”

“Very poor on customer return support, we asked - didnt get questions answered while waiting on product. Couple marks on product recieved, but contacted to sort as feel it would be a long drawn out process with no return comments form supplier.”

“Waited weeks for delivery. Date of delivery the driver went to the wrong address and left. I currently don’t have a date for the return delivery. Extremely disappointing.”

“Delivery is not 3-5 days, more like 3-5 weeks. Item arrived in very flimsy plastic which was ripped, and door damaged. Multiple black marks that wont come off and deep scratches. Delivery driver took it back as was embarrassed himself by state of it! Now they dont answer phone to deal with it.Awful company”

“Speed delivery. Poor customer service. Made to feel like a nuisance trying to get a damaged door & another poor quality door replaced when this should have been done without issue. Would not use this company again.”

“I ordered four doors from MODA & after almost three weeks I was told I could expect them on the Tuesday. Tuesday morning I had an e-mail to say that the doorS had been damaged in transit. I requested a refund because I couldn't wait I needed the doors by the following week. Credit where credit is due, they did refund me before the week was out. I would use the company again.”
