“Probably better to wait until you have delivered the doors or told the customer when the doors might be delivered (over a week after placing the order and making payment) before sending emails prompting the customer to review your service and products. The doors might be amazing, who knows?”

“The quality of the fire door was great and was delivered on time in good condition, the other door we ordered however was poor in comparison. Although the door had no damage you could clearly see that the pine laminate over the door was to thin and you could see the make up of the door when the light hit it. I was under the impression that i had ordered a solid pine door.”

“Ordered walnut doors and were delivered oak ones instead. 3 weeks later they are still in my house and the company has failed to get in touch with the courier to take them back, and instead told me to get in touch with them. Poor unprofessional behaviour.”

“Good value for money product. Ordered on Monday in hope of delivery by Friday. Order accepted but email received late in the day to say out of stock. Alternative product ordered the next morning. Telephoned MODA to request the previous delivery timescale. Contacted by telephone on Friday, informing of delivery on Tuesday. Requested morning delivery due to hospital appointment in the afternoon. Contacted the delivery company at 13.30 pm to be told delivery would arrive in 40 minutes. We were told to leave a note for the driver, where to leave the door if we were out. Arrived just as we were leaving, which was fortunate as the door is packaged in cardboard and it was raining.”

“My builder gave me the wrong dimensions for one of the doors so had to exchange it, at a cost of £50. Can appreciate that the exchange incurred additional courier costs, but felt the £50 was a little steep. The courier messed up so they came to deliver the new door, but refused to pick up the exchange one. So I was several hundred out of pocket. Had to chase. Take another day off work to wait for the pick up. I'm still chasing to get the refund. It's really poor service and I'm so disappointed.”

“Late delivery> Processing my took about two weeks. One door was damaged. The doors are not very suitable for carpeted floors. The doors should have been routed to allow flush bolts to be fitted as those supplied restrict opening of the doors. No flush handles supplied which are essential to the operation of the doors.”
