“The service was excellent - used on two occasions to purchase Deanta internal oak Kerry glazed doors - a beautiful door. Communicated online, by telephone and e-mail. There was a delay in receiving 2nd door as discovered to be out of stock. I was given the option to buy alternative or cancel order. I proceeded and finally delivered earlier than expected. Discovered Moda on line and that relatively local. Competitively priced and would certainly recommend.”

“Nice door. Bought a larger than standard width. Pleased it was easily obtainable and did not have to wait months. Carpenter said that it was as good if not better than equivalent Todd door at a much better price. Walnut finish looks very nice.”

“There are no problems with the product I purchased. However, the website stated several times when ordering, that I would receive my order in 5 working days. There was no communication after taking payment except for a confirmation email, 9 days later I was contacted by the courier to inform me that the delivery was coming the next day. After waiting in all day and after several calls to the courier nothing turned up. Despite being told on the phone as late as 7pm that it was still on its way and arriving that evening. The door arrived the next day, the driver was very helpful and I can’t fault the product. Wasted a lot of my time waiting and phoning courier so not exactly my idea of good service.”

“Doors came damaged and came as not described. Instead of 40mm, they came 35mm thick. Supposed to be solid door it came Mdf fills in and with hollows. Bottom of the inside of one door MDF wasn't glued so it was making banging noise as we was closing and opening the doors.”

“Awful. I ordered a door. Received usual confirmation of order and receipt. Had several updates confirming delivery time, including a text at 3pm on the Wednesday confirming 8-11am delivery slot on the following day, Thursday. Then 3.30pm the same Wednesday a further text message stated door was not in stock and no schedule for replacement. Appalling.”

“Doors I bought came damaged and not the best quality. MDF in the solid door (as described) was not glued in the bottom so it was making the noise. Doors were described as 40mm solid door. But came 35mm and with hollows. Not really happy with the purchase I paid more than every else online for them doors thinking pay more for quality but really not worth it.”

“These doors were dilivered although the driver bumped one of the doors off our hallway radiator on the way in. putting a dent in the botton along the edge. Also there is not enough oak at the top or bottom of the door so even after shortening the door by a quarter of an inch you are in to chipboard. Also the veneer is really thin and iron on edging strips around the window areas not applied correctly. other than that fine”
