“Easy online transaction. I had no other contact with them. The door arrived damaged, but all contact was with the manufacturer as per the instructions from them, so I can't really say here nor there bar an easy to use website.”

“Very nice door exactly as advertised”

“Doors themselves are decent quality and finished reasonably. Still need a good sanding before painting, but the hinges and fittings are pretty poor, had to refit hinges as screwed in at angle so not flush and they're cheap brass fittings. They do look nice now finished and fitted but not great for the money.”

“I usually used to go to another door suppliers and was not sure if this one would be as good in prices and quality. I am happy to say that they did not dissappoint.”

“Overall the door is good. I am however disappointed how dark the varnish. As it’s clear varnish on oak I would have expected it to be lighter.”

“Love my full oak doors but disappointed in my half one, 6 panes of glass each and every one etch by the glass company, wasn’t aware of this when ordering, don’t like it at all .”

“First door was damaged, but quickly replaced and dealt with well. A company can be judged on how it puts things right sometimes. Delivery was good and I was able to establish time of delivery.”

“Excellent fire resistant internal door. Packaging was not enough to prevent minor damage to door edges but not bad enough to warrant return. The door is VERY HEAVY; the labelling should make it clear that safe manual handling requires two people for ALL HANDLING. I only found this information after I hand moved the door inside and removed the packing! The door needed 40 mm removal to fit the door frame; this does not seem to have affected the door structure altho it clearly invalidates any guarantee. Be aware that the recommended Osmo lacquer is not cheap.”

“Mix up with order (their fault, not ours), but they were quick to rectify. So nice to speak to a real person when contacting Customer Services. Doors not the best, but as we were only purchasing 3 of their primed flush doors they were more than adequate for what we needed.”

“Lovely oak veneer doors with the Atlantic black ironmongery. Would have been 5 stars but one of the doors had quite a different veneer across the bottom rail”
