“Bath seat came in good time after ordering… fitted perfectly into the bath and gave the option of 3 heights … bought for mum who has fractured her hip and has much reduced mobility but still enjoys a bath.”

“We ordered a bath seat for an elderly relative - this was on the run up to Christmas so we expected delays however this arrived within 48 hours! Really pleased with this company & if we needed any future mobility aids Mobility smart would be a confident ‘go to’ - thank you- excellent first class product & service!”

“Unfortunately, the product I ordered - which was great - was not suitable so had to return it. Had to exchange e-mails with Mobility Smart and thought this will go horribly wrong, but it didn’t. All went to plan and return and refund were processed with no problems. Well done Mobility Smart.”

“Easy to use just let down by parcefarce I changed the the delivery date within 10 minutes of recieving the time slot and acknowledging by email. Guess what they took no notice and delivered and we were away from home,so had to get a neighbour to move they said in a safe place that we don't have . Parcefarce minus 10 score”

“Excellent range of products. Ive never needed help with mobility before but, after breaking an ankle, definitely did. My local council had a limited choice of aids ( though they did have some, which I had) and most didn't suit my needs. MobilitySmart had exactly what I needed ( the bath grab bar) at the best price I could find. It's a wonderful bit of kit - I wish I'd had it long ago and easy to fit. To get free postage I ordered a couple of other bits and am equally pleased with them for value and quality”
