“The item was delivered on time and well packaged however my husband had mis- interpreted the nature of the item - believing it to be a narrow foot warmer rather than a full bed sized heated under blanket by virtue of its name 'Cosy Toes' thus it had to be returned and to date I have not received my refund which I assumed would be automatically processed once the return was accepted.”

“I ordered the ModiFit Elite 10mm Single Prong Powerlifting Belt v2.0 in Large and when it arrived, it was a thing of beauty. Well made, crafted and great to use. However I needed the next size up and when I emailed Stuart, he replied quickly and the belt was swapped without any fuss. I really appreciate great customer service from companies such as Mobility Tools, as it really sets them apart from big companies where the main concern is sales.”

“Easy check out, fast delivery and good quality but also good value products. I bought a mobility set which consisted of a 1) lacrosse ball- good quality, great for rolling out the feet or getting into glutes etc 2) 2 different light resistance bands (orange and red) great for warming up shoulders or using for lateral walks or banded good mornings-v versatile! Seem like good quality so far 3) flossing band- I havent used this yet but was rolled up nicely and doesn't have that super strong smell a lot of bands tend to have which is a nice change. Highly recommend A+”
