The item was delivered on time and well packaged however my husband had mis- interpreted the nature of the item - believing it to be a narrow foot warmer rather than a full bed sized heated under blanket by virtue of its name 'Cosy Toes' thus it had to be returned and to date I have not received my refund which I assumed would be automatically processed once the return was accepted.
