If you want to just put in petrol or how many seats you require it is not always one click to deselect but sometimes many clicks and if you go back to change anything you often have to start again from scratch. “Not helpful. I only received one phone call offering me a mobiliy scooter which was too heavy. \(I had soecified that I needed a lightweight one. Also I would prefer to receive e mail offers or web links which would enable better comparisons to be made.”

“My grandparents brought 2 mobility scooters just before lockdown and then unfortunately my grandfather passed away beginning of august. When we contacted Middletons to explain the situation and if we could return the brand new unused scooter due to grandads passing we were told we couldn’t return it and to perhaps consider selling it on eBay!!!! Utterly discussing, pressure selling, money grabbing people. Leaving a newly widowed 88 year old lady in an absolute state of worry as what to do now. You have no morals.”
